FBI Fingerprints for Identity History Summary Check from USA (FBI Clearance)

We provide your fingerprints on a standard FD-258 fingerprint card for submission to the FBI. Greatnorth Forensics Inc provides  electronic and ink & roll fingerprints for FBI Identity History Summary Checks from the USA. We are conveniently located at 111 Simcoe st. North, unit # 205 B , Oshawa, Ontario , L1G 4S4 and is accessible via bus route.

Important: You need to order your Identity Summary History Check from the FBI’s website. Please send your documents (FD-258 card and order confirmation email from the FBI website) directly to the FBI at the address provided on the confirmation email.

How much does it cost for FBI fingerprinting?
The total cost for this service is $55.00. This cost includes one set of your fingerprints on FD-258 Fingerprint Card captured using latest LiveScan technology.
We will provide FD-258 Fingerprint Card. You need to bring 2 pieces of government issued IDs and the required fee $55.00 with you.

You need to bring two (2) pieces of valid, original and government-issued identification documents. One (1) piece of identification must include a photo, name, date of birth and signature of the applicant.

A Police Clearance Certificate or Identity History Summary Check from the USA is often referred to as a criminal background check, criminal history record, police/good conduct certificate. If you are in Canada then you must submit your fingerprints to the FBI on a standard fingerprint form (FD-258 Card). Greatnorth Forensics Inc will capture your fingerprints electronically using Live Scan technology to ensure the highest quality of fingerprints. We will then print your fingerprints on FBI FD-258 Card. The process takes about 15-20 minutes.
